The 1012 cross training shoe (not to be confused with the 1012 runner) is an update to the 1011 cross trainer. As a cross trainer, its home is in the gym, but it's not out of place in a quick pre-workout cardio run - or as an everyday comfortable shoe. Because of its comfort and excellent side-to-side support, the 1011 was a popular shoe with both gym users and personal trainers. Customers with achilles tendonitis tend to favour this shoe due to its excellent cushioning and helpful but not excessive support.
