I'm sorry to hear that the shoe you purchased was the wrong size. We can exchange it in whatever way is most convenient to you. What I can do is arrange a pickup of the shoe you currently have and once I receive it I can send you the correct size. If you prefer to stop by our Robson location that would also not be an issue. I would suggest letting myself or the Robson store know your coming so we can ensure that the correct size is waiting for you. Either way Katey your satisfaction with New Balance is very important to us, so please let us know what your preference is and I'll personally make sure it's dealt with in the most efficient manner.
