After about 230 km (tempo runs and speed work mostly) left shoe lost about 50% of cushioning under the heel. This caused the beam under the arch to press too much at the bottom of the arch so it couses pain in the ankle joint. Weird! Can not run in this shoes any more. Pity, good shoe design, but quality of the cushioning under the heel is very low. Maybe I am too heavy for these shoes?! 185 Lbs? Will not buy second pair for another 200 km? should be app 400 km per shoes. Wanted to complain but gave up. But still just after 2 moths of running?! NB where is a quality?

These runners are light, yet have terrific support and cushion. I have a high instep and usually find that my runners have an uncomfortable pressure point on the top of my foot. In order to avoid that, I end up wearing runners that are too wide for me. This is the first pair I've owned that were offered in a narrow width AND had enough depth, and support, for my instep without compromising the comfort on the top of my foot. I love these runners!

Excellent Shoes. V2 did not fit, so I was suspisious to this one. But I was wrong! Excellent shoes! Flexibility in forfoot with groves location is right on!

Definitely my new favourite shoe. Used to purchase the shoe with the most cushioning, which tended to make them pretty heavy. Putting on the 890 I could notice the difference right away. Way lighter and way more responsive. They felt awesome. Highly recommended if you like the idea of minimus shoes but want something with a little more shock absorption.
