Q: I have your 760 running shoe is this the same or what would be compairable, or can you sill get the 760

A: The 760 is one of the predecessors of whats now the 860. It's going to provide you with the same interior support for mild pronators (collapsing arches). The new version is now the 860V2 but you might get lucky and find some 860V1's still in stock.
