What Happens if my Shoes Don't Fit?
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a pair of shoes you don't want. So if they're not working for you, bring them back with a receipt within 30 days, and we'll exchange them for a pair that works for you. If you've only worn them inside, bring them back within 14 days, and you can choose between an exchange and a full refund.

Buy your shoes from us at newbalancevancouver.ca? No problem. Not only is shipping free to your door, but if our shoes fail to meet your expectations, we'll pay for the shipping to bring them back. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label - all you have to do is attach the label to the shoebox and drop it off in a mailbox. Shoes purchased from our website can also be returned to any of our three stores.

Shipping is always free at New Balance Vancouver. Whenever possible, we include courier shipping (Purolator or UPS) at no extra charge. For rural areas and post office boxes, or where cost is prohibitive, we ship Canada Post. We understand that you don't want to wait for your shoes - all in-stock orders ship within 1 business day.
