A: Hello Emily,
I have taken a look and there is a cleat available in a 9.5-4E, it's very similar to the shoe below but it's in white. The model is called MF793MW my suggestion would be to put that model number into google to see if you like it. I would say that if you are a 4E width in a running shoe going with that same size should be absolutely fine. The cleats should fit laterally snugger, as running shoes provide a mesh that is much more forgiving. I also would like to mention that if you did decide to order this cleat the shipping would be free! And if for some reason you received the cleat and it didn’t fit or meet your needs you can send it back at no cost to you.
