Q: Good day, I'm told that your may carry what we are looking for. We have a son with very large feet he is 12 yrs old and 6' tall. He is at current wearing a mans 13, we not only need a larger size we need to have lots of arch support because he has flat feet and to add to the requests we need a narrow shoe also. We have NOT been able to find shoes that fit right because most stores carry only the basic width..........Can you please let me know if you believe that you carry a shoe that will help us in our search I'm will to travel however we are from the Fraser valley and don't want to make the trip unless we know we can find shoes.........Thank you for all you help

Q: Hi there, I have wide feet and primarily do cardio and weight training at the gym (in the same day). When I went to your Vancouver store, one of your associates mentioned that the cross trainer didn't offer a lot of structure support so I bought this shoe. Would this shoe be suitable for my activities? Or could you recommend another shoe?
